Paloch-i Máté országbíró előtt Thomor-i Leusták Kapi-i András deák fia János és anyja nevében Jakab deákra, Óbuda város polgárára (civis civitatis Veteris Budensis) Szent György nyolcadától (május 1.) 37 napig várt, de Jakab deák nem jelent meg, ezért az országbíró megbírságolja.
