Gara-i Miklós nádor, a kunok bírája tanúsítja, hogy Porozlo-i Hanchko fia, János, Kapi-i András deák fia, János ellen Jakab apostol nyolcadán (aug. 1.) nyugtát kellett volna bemutasson, de általános királyi rendeletre a nádor a pert Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja.
