Zsigmond király Barbam-i Fekete (Niger) Zavissa Libloviensis kapitány Czibiniensis oppidum nevében tett kérésére megengedi, hogy az oppidum lakói a királyi vámhelyeken 4 mérföldes körzetben mentesek legyenek a vámfizetés alól.
