A szepesi káptalan jelenti Gara-i Miklós nádornak, a kunok bírájának, hogy oklevelét a Kappi-i András deák özvegye felperes és Sowar-i Soos László nógrádi esperes és esztergomi kanonok alperes közti ügyben megkapva Asguth-i László nádori emberrel kiküldte Péter deák karbeli klerikust hiteles emberként, akik Sowar-i Soos Lászlót Szent György nyolcadára három vásáron kikiáltással idézték meg: Eperies-en április 6-án (II. p. Ramisp.) hétfőn, Szebenben (Cibinium) április 7-én kedden (III.) és Zenthkeresth-en április 8-án szerdán (IV.).
