6. d. inquis. evoc. A szepesi káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy Ducafalua-i Tamás, királyi ember, Péter notarius, hiteles emberrel szept. 20-án (D. a. Mathei) Sáros megyében eljárva valósnak találták a hatalmskodásról szóló panaszt, Annát és fiát, (Kapy-i) Jánost, Venecium (?) possessióról, (Thomor-i) Leustákot Polyank possessióról megidézték (Tarkew-i) Rikolf ellen, meghagyva familiárisaik előállítását.
