A váradi káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Zeech-i Miklós országbíró ítéletlevele értelmében Chahol-i Sebestyén mester Szent Mihály nyolcadán (október 6.) harmadmagával Poche-i Péter fia Mátyás ellen esküt kellett tegyen arra, hogy 4 éve Mátyást és László szabót, Péter fia Mátyás jobbágyait a szabad úton nem fosztotta ki, 12 ökröt, 2 takarmánnyal megrakott szekeret nem vett el tőlük, s az esküt le is tette.
