A leleszi konvent oklevele, amely szerint (Chahol-i) Sebestyén mester a maga, fia: István és fivére: János nevében egyfelől, Balugh dictus Miklós fiai: János és Mihály a maguk és László, Demeter, György, Miklós fivéreik nevében másfelől a leleszi konvent előtt megjelentek, s Sebestyén mester előadta, hogy mivel János és Mihály fivéreikkel együtt neki és elődeinek hű szolgálatokat tettek, a Szatmár megyei Jarm possessiót nekik adományozza.
