(f. II. p. Nat. Joh. Bapt.) A jászói konvent előtt a Nemethfalwan élő Bartha György urai, Kapy János, György, Ferenc és gyermekei nevében tiltakozott az ellen, hogy a Sáros megyei Komlós és Nemethffalwa possessiókat és Malomfalwa és Hydegkwth prediumokat, amely őket egyenlőképp illetné meg, Therenye-i György és Imre titokban csak magukra íratták.
