Buda. V. p. Judica. Akoshaza-i Sarkan Ambrus országbíró a jászói konventnak. Bechkehaza-i Aczel János Sebes-i Tamást becsületbeli ügyben a királyi kúriába akarja idéztetni. Felkéri a konventot, mutassa be oklevelét Tamásnak és hagyja meg neki, hogy 10. d. Georgii a király előtt személyesen jelenjen meg.
