Az egri káptalan előtt Delna-i Chuda fia János fia Pál Sowar-i György fia Péter fia László nevében tiltakozik amiatt, hogy Poharus dictus Péter mester Abaúj megyei ispán és fia: Sous dictus Miklós jan. 2-án és más napokon királyi és káptalani emberekkel Kapi és Souar possessiok határait megjáratta és egy vitás darab földet Kapi-hoz foglalt.
