10. d. introduc. Szepesi káptalan jelenti II. Lajos királynak, hogy Azgwth-i Illés királyi ember és Lőcsei (de Lewchovia) Sándor kanonok hiteles ember márc. 18-án (Dom. Letare) Thelky prediumokhoz mentek (Sáros m.), Naghlwche-i Lypchey Pétert és Kapy-i Miklóst bevezették, de Balpathaka-i Mihály a konvent elé járulva SayovThelky predium tekintetében, Balpathaka-i György és Karachond-i Lőrinc a másik Thelky predium tekintetében, Warywffalwa-i Waryw János nevében ellentmondott.
