Sáros megye (Czecze-i Máté Liptó és Sáros megyék ispánjának alispánjai: Kereztheskomlos-i Lypthay Benedek és Bezzeg-i Borsos Benedek és a szolgabírák) tanúsítja, hogy idézése szerint Baraczka-i Czwtha Jób júl. 26-án (V.p.Jacobi) László Eperyes civitas bírája ellen pert kellett volna folytasson, akinek a Hydegkwth prediumon levő birtokrészre vonatkozó záloglevelet be kellett volna mutatnia, a pert azonban racione termini prioritatis ad quindenas halasztja a megye. - A hátoldalon 2 zárópecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) SÁROS MEGYE
