Sáros megye (Egerwara-i László alispánja, Iwancz-i László és a 4 szolgabíró) tanúsítja, hogy idézése értelmében Zabo István és Kykemezeye-i Bano Lóránt fia Boldizsár és nővérei: Anna és Margit okt. 27-én (V.a. Omn.S.) Monyoros-i Czwtha Jób ellen meg kellett jelenjenek. Jób távolmaradt, ezért 12 márka bírság kétszeresében marasztalják el. - 1 rányomott pecsét töredéke, 3 zárópecsét nyoma a hátoldalon. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) SÁROS MEGYE
