A jászói konvent előtt Zemere-i (Zemerey) Kelemen - Zsófia, Geche-i László özvegye és fia, Márton nevében is - egyfelelől, Kapy-i Miklós Zard castrum várnagya, másfelől korábban megállapodtak, hogy Szent Mihály nyolcadán (okt. 6.) ítélőmesterek elé bocsátják eldöntésre perüket, most a fenyegető járvány (pestilencia) miatt ezt elhalasztják.
