Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor, a kunok bírája előtt Ilswafew-i Thekes István vallja, hogy rokonság okából és más okokból a saját és osztályos atyafia, a néhai Thekes János birtokait tetszése tartamára Zeen-i Mátyás, János, Mihály kezébe adja, feljogosítja őket az idegren kézen zálogban levő birtokok kiváltására is.
