A jászói konvent tanusítja, hogy Mátyás király beiktató levele értelmében Janok-i Gergely és Kelechen-i András királyi emberekkel Antal papot küldték ki hiteles emberül, Janok-i Gergely dec. 29.-én /Thome mart./ Wylak possessiohoz, Kelechen-i András Saap possessiohoz menve, a hiteles ember jelenlétében Orros Jánost és fiait, Mihályt, Györgyöt, Istvánt beiktatta. - Szomszédok nevei. - A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét csekély töredéke. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
