Eppries civitas tanusítja, hogy 1462-ben Capy-i János Palotcz-i László országbííró oklevelével a Sáros megyei Lada possessiot 60 szinarany forintért elzálogosította a városnak. Capi-i András felesége, Dorottya kifizette a zálogösszeget, ezért a város nyugtatja őt. Papír. Csonka. Szöveg alá nyomott pecsét nyoma. EPERJES VÁROS
