V. László király eskütételre kötelezi Kallo-i Lőkös Jánost annak bizonyítására, hogy ártatlan ifjabb Kallo-i Jánosnak ellene támasztott keresetében, amely szerint Panyola-n, Semyen-ben és Keer-ben lakó jobbágyaival a felperes Semyen-ben lévő majorjából sok disznót elhajtott, egyik jobbágyát félholtra verette, s ezzel neki 200 aranyforint kárt okozott. - Papirfelzetes vörös zárópecséttel.
