Garai László nádor felkéri a leleszi konventet, hogy tartson vizsgálatot Kallo-i Lőkös Miklós fiai: János és Lőrinc panaszára, amely szerint Philpes-i Bálint fia János, az említett Bálint és Chemernye-i Mihály özvegye Nabrad possessioban lakó familiárisaikkal és jobbágyaikkal az ő Smyen possessiojuk területén a Zamus folyó mellett elterülő cserjésből erőszakkal sok disznójukat elhajtottak.
