A leleszi konvent jelenti Garai László nádornak, hogy a 1447 november 9-i felszólítására Szatmár megyében vizsgálatot tartott, a panaszt jogosnak találta, Philpes-i Bálintot felszólította jobbágyai által elégtételadásra, mivel azonban távollétében a jobbágyok nem dönthettek, megidézte Vízkereszt nyolcadára (1448 január 13.) jelenléte elé végső ítélethozatal céljából. - Sérült zárópecséttel.
