Rozgonyi Simon egri püspök több, név szerint megjelölt királyi adószedővel közli, hogy Warrada-i Miklós a király parancsára a felső részek ellen vonul, bár pillanatnyilag az alsó részekben van elfoglalva, ezért hagyják, hogy a possesiói után járó királyi adót behajtsa. - A szöveg alatt vörös pecsét nyomával.
