Hédervári Lőrinc nádor Kallo-i Lőkös fia Miklós fia János panaszára, amely szerint Karyol-i Bertalan névszerint felsorolt Olehwa-n lakó jobbágyai erőszakkal elfoglaltak az ő Panyola possessioja területén fekvő makkos erdőket, szántóföldeket, Nethech és Gernyche nevű halastavakat, a feleket június 7-én /XXXVIII. die octavarum Georgii/ Budán sorra kerülő párviadal megvívására utasítja. - A párbaj feltételeinek ismertetése. - Hátlapján pecsét nyomával. - Részekre szakadt, hiányos, foltos.
