Drugeth Villermus nádor nagysemjéni István fiának: Jánosnak elengedi annak az öt márkányi bírságnak a felét, mely neki a nevezett János ellen Behenig fia: Pál által indított, bajvívással eldöntendő, de egyezséggel végződött per kapcsán járt volna; az alnádorára eső részt azonban a nádor fenntartja.
