Lippua. in Martini. Zsigmond király megparancsolja az aradi káptalannak, hogy idézze meg különös jelenléte elé Chep-i András fia, Andrást, fiait: Mihályt, Istvánt, Gergelyt és Pétert, továbbá Gerthyanus-i Pasca-t, Maraia-t és Mixa-t, Remethe-i István fia, Imre és felesége, Gerthanus-i Anna panaszára, amely szerint Gerthanus és Nyek possessiókban lévő birtokrészeiket, valamint Gerthanus-hoz tartozó szántóikat és rétjeiket erőszakkal elfoglalták.
