Pál bán fia: István mester, szabolcsi ispán és a négy szolgabíró előtt Egyed comes fia: Simon, testvérei nevében is, tiltakozik Nyakas Pál ellen, mert ez az ő laskodi jobbágyaikat bizonyos földterület termésétől eltiltotta; ezzel szemben utóbbi azt állítja, hogy ott a határ az övé.
