Pál bán fia: István szabolcsi ispán és a négy szolgabíró előtt nagysemjéni Mihály fia: Mihály mester Fulo fiával: Bedével megegyezik oly módon, hogy ez utóbbi bizonyos határidőre köteles neki kilenc rőf posztót és nyolc garast átadni, vagy esküt tenni arra, hogy a nyolc garassal nem tartozik neki.
