János által képviselt kállói Mihály és Ubul, Lőkös fia: István, továbbá Imre fia: Domonkos ellen Makód [Mokod] birtok miatt, Szent Mihály ünnepének nyolcadáról (okt. 6.) a felek procuratorainak kérésére Szent György ünnepének nyolcadára (május 1.) halasztja.
