Visegrád. Szécsi Miklós országbíró bizonyítja, hogy június 9-én sényői István fia: István nevében megjelent előtte István fia: János és huszonöt napig várta kállói Demeter fiát: Szaniszlót. Utóbbi azonban nem jött, sőt megbízottat sem küldött maga helyett. Ezért az országbíró arra az esetre, ha távolmaradását nem tudja kellőképpen indokolni, bírsággal sújtja.
