Visegrád. Szepesi Jakab országbíró bizonyítja, hogy semjéni István fia: István, kállói Demeter fia: János ellen folytatott perében a kitűzött napon megjelent előtte; kállói Demeter fia: János azonban nem jött el, sőt megbízottat sem küldött maga helyett. Ezért az országbíró kállói Demeter fiát: Jánost arra az esetre, ha távolmaradását nem tudná kellőképpen indokolni, bírsággal sújtja. Papíron, töredezett zárópecséttel.
