Loch-i László fia: Buken mester szabolcsi alispán és a négy szolgabíró bizonyítják, hogy semjéni Lengyel Lőkös mester tiltakozott az ellen, hogy kállói Simon fia: Péter mester beköltözött közös rokonuknak: az utód nélkül elhalt biri-i Tamás mesternek kállói házába, bár még Tamás mester birtokait nem osztották fel; egyszersmind el is tiltotta Simon fiát: Pétert a ház birtokbavételétől.
