Az egri káptalan előtt biri-i János fia: Fábián kijelenti, hogy miután a Szamos [Zomus] folyó melletti Semjén birtokai felét, mint a maga részét, semjéni Lengen János mesternek már korábban 12 márkáért elzálogosította, s tőle ugyanarra a birtokára újabb 6 márkát kapott, ezért a visszaváltáskor mind ezt a 6, mind a korábbi 12 márkát köteles visszafizetni.
