Dózsa bihari [de Byhor] és szabolcsi [de Zobolch] ispán és öt vármegyében a király által kirendelt különleges bíró hitelt érdemlő emberek vallomása alapján bizonyítja, hogy Pétert, Mihály fia: István testvérét a királytól hazafelé mentében szabad úton [in libera via] Chetnek fiai: Miklós és János megölték.
