Lőkös [in villa Lukus]. Pető [Petheu] mester szatmári ispán és a négy szolgabíró előtt Elekus (Elekes) fia: György comes kijelenti, hogy Lengel János és testvére: Mihály fia: István (helyesen: Mihály fiának Istvánnak fia: István), akiket vérontás és Piscarcos (Piskárkos, Szatmár vm.) birtokának elpusztítása miatt a nádor elé idéztetett, neki teljes elégtételt adtak, s ezért bírság terhe alatt kötelezi magát és fiait, hogy ebben az ügyben többé nem fognak ellenük eljárni.
