Visegrád. Sándor comes országbíró piricsei István ama vádjára, mely szerint semjéni János atyja: István huszonhét évvel azelőtt (1299. jún. 23-án) Pereche (Piricse, Szabolcs vm.) nevű birtokát elpusztította, semjéni Jánosnak, minthogy a panaszos állításának tanúkkal való bizonyítását nem vállalta, huszonötödmagával leteendő esküt ítél meg atyja ártatlanságának bebizonyítása végett.
