A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy egyik kanonokja: Ábrahám mester a maga, valamint testvére Lőkös és zeps-i Both fia: Benedek nevében tiltakozott az ellen, hogy debreceni [de Debrechen] Dózsa fiának: Jakabnak fia: István, s másik fiának: Pálnak fia: Gergely, akikkel még közös birtokaikban nem osztozkodtak, kiadják sálhidai [de Salhyda, Bihar megye) Bochov fiának: Istvánnak a nagyanyja után őt megillető részt, s egyszersmind el is tiltották őket ettől.
