Kántor Bereck mester szabolcsi alispán és a négy szolgabíró bizonyítják, hogy orosi Simon fia: Imre Semjéni Lengyel László nevű emberük révén gyertyaszentelő ünnepe előtti szombatra (jan. 26.) megidézte keresztúri [de Kyriztur] Pazsár [dictus Pasar] Jánost, aki azonban nem jelent meg.
