Kántor Bereck mester, szabolcsi alispán és a szolgabírák tanúsítják, hogy biri-i Tamás mester másodmagával letette a megítélt esküt (lásd 1358. március 12.), hogy nem vitte el ”Ziu” Miklós négy márka értékű holmiját.
