Visegrád. Szécsi Miklós országbíró, turóci ispán Szent István király ünnepének nyolcadáról (aug. 27.) Szent Mihály ünnepének nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja azt a pert, amelyet Kántor Bereck indított semjéni [de Sempyen] István fia: István ellen Radalf birtok miatt, mert István procuratora: Salamont fia: Miklós nem mutatta fel a bizonyítékokat s minden indok nélkül további halasztást kért, s az alperest egyúttal három márka büntetésben marasztalja el.
