A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Lengyel János fia: László Szécsi Miklós országbíró ítélete szerint letette az esküt, hogy ártatlan vásári-i Miklós fia: Tamás mester vádját illetően; a vád szerint négy évvel ezelőtt rátört Tamás mester tarcsai birtokára, ahonnan jobbágyainak hat lovát elvitte.
