Lajos király előtt biri-i János fia: Tamás tiltakozik Magyar Pál [dictus Magyar] ellen, mivel ez Sándor országbíró alországbírája: Moch fia: Péter útján őt nemes volta ellenére bebörtönöztette és addig kínozta, míg ez halálfélelmében a szatmári Béltek és Pócslaka [Beltuk et Pochloka] birtokát neki ajándékozta.
