László .... prépost, Miklós egri püspök vicariusa azt a pert, amelyet biri-i János fia: Tamás János lapispataki [Lapuspatak] (Sáros megye) pap idézése alapján Szent Mihály ünnepének nyolcadán (okt. 6.) indított Bodon fia: Miklós, valamint lapispataki Dezső fiai: Miklós, Loránd és János ellen, másik perben kitűzött határnappal való egybeesés miatt mindenszentek ünnepének nyolcadára (nov. 8.) halasztja.
