Tamás országbíró, turóci ispán ugyancsak István fiának: Istvánnak - akit Domonkos fia: Miklós képviselt - hatalmaskodás bűne miatt derzsi Kántor Bereck és Loránd ellen indított perét Szent Mihály ünnepének nyolcadáról (okt. 6.) vízkereszt ünnepének nyolcadára (1353. jan. 13.) halasztja, mert az alperesek procuratora - Imre nevű szolgájuk - ilyen fontos ügyben nem tudott feleletet adni.
