XIV. sz. első fele szept. 14. után való szerdán. Szatmár vármegye négy szolgabírája előtt szept. 14. után [post festum Sancte Crucis] való szerdán Börvely [Berue] faluban János fia Péter korábbi határozatuk értelmében az ellene elkövetett pusztítás miatt folyó ügyben úgy egyezik meg Dénes fiával Jánossal, hogy ez neki nov. 8-án törvényes helyen méneséből egy darab egy évesnél idősebb csikót fog átadni; ha nem tenné, négy márka bírságot fizet.
