Visegrád. Miklós nádor tanúsítja, hogy biri-i [de Biry] János fia: Tamás domahidai [de Domanhyda] Miklós fiával: Andrással szemben Béltek [Belthuk] birtokon elkövetett hatalmaskodás miatt pervesztes lett és összes birtokait elvesztette. A nádor azonban enyhítette a törvény szigorát, birtokait visszaadta, de a nádornak 60 márka bírságot tartozik fizetni. Amíg ezt le nem fizeti, a nádor engedélyével elzálogosíthatja vagy más módon elidegenítheti a birtokát, hogy pénzre tehessen szert. Átírva a váradi káptalan 1345. jún. 2. oklevelében.
