Pál országbíró biri-i [de Bery] Tamásnak kállói Egyed fia: Iván, váraljai Simon fiai: Péter és Imre, Mihály fia: László, Mihály fia: Miklós és napkori [de Napakur] Mihály fiának Istvánnak fia: János ellen birtokcseréből keletkezett perét újabb határidőre tűzi ki, de az alperesekét három márka bírsággal sújtja, mivel kellő ok nélkül akarták húzni a pert.
