Néhai Dózsa nádor fia: Jakab mester szabolcsi ispán és a négy szolgabíró biri-i Tamást az általa letett eskü alapján felmenti János debreceni embernek a júl. 2-án Balkány faluban a király parancsából, a váradhegyfoki konvent bizonyságának és a király megbízottja, nagy Jakab [magni Jacobi] királyi apród jelenlétében tartott közgyűlésen emelt vádja alól, hogy tőle négy pensát elvett.
