I.Mátyás király ismertetve a Kallo-iaknak és a Kazapereke-i Kaza-k közt utóbbiaknak az ő Kazapereke oppidumban tervezett iktatását ellenző tiltakozása miatt támadt perét, megerősíti a Kallo-iakat Kazapereke oppidum birtokában, amelybe a csanádi káptalan iktatta be őket a király ítélete értelmében, figyelmen kívül hagyva a Kazapereke-i Kaza-k ellenmondását.
