I.Mátyás király megparancsolja a hadvezéreknek és Szabolcs vármegyének, hogy Kallo-i Lőkös Jánost ne háborgassák a török ellen viselt hadjáratban való részvétel céljából, mivel felmentette a személyes részvétel alól olyan feltétellel, hogy embereit küldi el vagyona arányában. - Foltos. - A szöveg alatt vörös pecsét töredékével.
