I. Mátyás király megparancsolja a csanádi káptalannak, hogy iktassa be királyi adomány címén a csanádmegyei Kazapereke oppidum birtokába, nem törődve Kaza Márton és György, ennek fiai: Mihály, Tamás, János és Benedek, valamint Zewren-i Benedek ellentmondásával, miután háromszor mondtak ellent, s ugyancsak háromszor nem jelentek meg személyes jelenléte előtt, hogy ellentmondásuknak okát adják. Papír - A hajtások mentén lyukas. Vörös zárópecsét nyomával. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
