Az egri káptalan Zsigmond királynak jelenti, hogy 1435. október 14-i parancsára Marczelfeölde terra birtokába királyi adomány címén Pohárnok Istvánt be akarták vezetni, annak azonban Abran-i Damas fia Miklós és név szerint felsorolt társai ellentmondottak, amiért őket Vízkereszt nyolcadára (1436. jan. 13.) a királyi prézencia elé megidézték.
